Rates & Policies

Rates vary depending on room / unit, occupancy, season and
length of stay. Taxes are extra (5% GST and 4% AB tourism levy).

  • The Sunroom C$250 - $330

  • The Superior Corner Room C$270 - $350

  • The Suite C$280 - $360 (Up to two children 11 years or younger can be added for 15$ each per night)

         Sorry, no pets are allowed in the lodge. 

         Lunch boxes and evening meals optional, please inquire. 

         10% discount on stays of four to six nights; 20% for one week or longer.

Vacation Rentals information

Cancellation Policy for Aurum Lodge:

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Full Refund (minus $35 + taxes cancellation fee): Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of their reservation amount, excluding a $35 cancellation fee and applicable taxes, if the cancellation is made up to two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled reservation date.

  2. Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) up to two weeks (14 days) before the reservation, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.

  3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours before 4pm (2 days) of the reservation date will not be eligible for any refund. 

  4. Extreme Weather Rebooking: In the event of extreme weather conditions preventing travel to our lodge, guests may request a rebooking without penalty. Rebooking is subject to availability and must be arranged within 1 day of the original reservation date. The rebooked stay must occur within 60 days of the original reservation date.

  5. No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation must be made before 4:00 PM Mountain time on the day specified in order to qualify for a refund.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of the cancellation date. Please allow sufficient time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

We appreciate your understanding of our policies, which are designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests.

Reservation Policies:

  1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  2. Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at check-out.

  3. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

Check-In/Check-Out Policies:

  1. Check-in time is at 3:30 PM.

  2. Check-out time is at 10:30 AM. 

Smoking Policy:

  1. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and areas within the lodge. Guests found smoking will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy:

  1. Pet-Friendly Accommodations: Two dogs are allowed in designated vacation rentals only (The Two Bedroom Suite or The Spacious Studio).

  2. A fee of $25 per day, per dog, will be charged. You need to use the Add-on Pet option for every dog while booking to register your dog(s) or call us after booking and we will be able to add your pet to your reservation.

  3. *Pet policy is strictly enforced. Any guest found to have an unapproved pet on the premises will be charged a $250 fee.

Damage Policy:

  1. The hotel reserves the right to charge a damage fee for any items broken or missing during/after the stay. The vacation rental units must be cleaned and the dishes must be cleaned and put away.
